So - holidays are almost over - and today was the last day for this week that I could go back to bed after the 5.30 feeding of the beast : ) and I made sure I did.
Earl was pretty enthusiastic when I let him in this morning - but after a couple of "NO"'s and a couple of 'bites' he realised that this wasn't a good idea and toned it down slightly.
He has spent most of the day basking in front of the heater as I have been busy getting ready for tomorrow - neither of the dogs is going to be particularly impressed when they are put outside at 7am and left there till 4.30pm - hope the rain stays off - they get really grumpy when it's wet too.
Hoping to get them out for a walk at some stage but trying to fit it in will be a bit challenging - kids might have to come with me I think - go after school and before footy training :) - can't go in the morning because I have to get to work early to set up - but this will set the routine for us for the term - and we need to make sure we stick to what we have been doing and don't slack off at all - that's not fair on Earl.
Well - short one tonight - off to bed - to be bright eyed and bushy tailed for tomorrow
